Rio: Operação investiga irregularidades em postos de combustíveis

Uma operação conjunta foi deflagrada na manhã desta quinta-feira (27) para identificar irregularidades e crimes contra o consumidor em postos de combustíveis em todo o Estado do Rio de Janeiro. A ação também inclui a fiscalização de lojas de conveniência e das relações de consumo nos estabelecimentos.

No bairro do Cachambi, na Zona Norte do Rio, um posto foi interditado após agentes constatarem fraudes nas bombas de abastecimento, contaminação do solo e venda de cigarros contrabandeados. Segundo as autoridades, uma das bombas do local entregava menos combustível do que o indicado no visor. Os proprietários terão um prazo de 15 dias para apresentar defesa.

A operação envolve a Polícia Civil, a Agência Nacional de Petróleo (ANP), a Secretaria Estadual de Defesa do Consumidor, o Procon-RJ e o Instituto Estadual do Ambiente (Inea). As fiscalizações devem continuar ao longo da semana.
