RJ: Homem é preso por porte ilegal de arma e 71 munições na Rodovia Presidente Dutra

A Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF) prendeu um homem por porte ilegal de arma de fogo na tarde do último domingo (11), no km 171 da Rodovia Presidente Dutra (BR-116), no Rio de Janeiro. A prisão ocorreu durante uma operação de fiscalização de rotina, por volta das 14h, quando os agentes da PRF abordaram um veículo que transitava em alta velocidade.

Durante a abordagem, os policiais realizaram procedimentos de identificação e fiscalização do automóvel, encontrando no interior do veículo 71 munições de calibre 9mm. O homem informou aos agentes que possuía concessão para o tráfego das munições e confessou que as havia adquirido na semana anterior, ao retornar de uma viagem.

Apesar das alegações do condutor, a PRF constatou a irregularidade no porte das munições e encaminhou a ocorrência para a Polícia Judiciária, onde o homem permanece à disposição da justiça.
