PM realiza prisões e apreensões de drogas e armas em Niterói e São Gonçalo

Na manhã desta quarta-feira (22/05), policiais militares do 12º Batalhão de Polícia Militar (BPM) de Niterói prenderam dois traficantes na comunidade do Inferninho, em Piratininga, na Região Oceânica da cidade. Durante a operação, foram apreendidas duas armas de fogo, 147 trouxas de maconha, 115 pedras de crack, 80 pinos de cocaína, munições e um rádio transmissor. O caso foi registrado na 81ª Delegacia de Polícia (DP) em Itaipu.

Em outra ação, no bairro Jardim Catarina, em São Gonçalo, agentes do 7º BPM também realizaram prisões. Dois homens foram detidos nas proximidades da Rua Itacolomi. Com eles, a polícia apreendeu duas pistolas, quatro carregadores de pistola, dois rádios transmissores e uma grande quantidade de drogas. A ocorrência foi registrada na 73ª DP, em Neves.

As operações fazem parte de um esforço contínuo das autoridades para combater o tráfico de drogas e a criminalidade na região.
